Easy and quick hummus, no blender or food processor necessary!
Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup tahini
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp cumin
Mash the chickpeas in a bowl with a potato masher or spoon until smooth. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
